The Etive River Race, held in Scotland, is aimed at intermediate to advance kayakers. Organised by the Recreational Rivers Committee of the Scottish Canoe Association the race is in it's second year.

The Etive River Race 2009, has, in principle, succeeded in gaining 4 minutes of National TV coverage and have communicated to RUSH HD for additional coverage. RUSH HD is an extreme sports channel on Sky HD TV. More news to follow.
